Beautiful Feet Trip- Delilah Miceli

This week on the Champion blog, we will be sharing stories from the team that traveled to Fort Worth, Texas, on February 10-12, to serve alongside Beautiful Feet Ministries. The team's mission was to share the Gospel and love of Jesus with the city's homeless. Today, we introduce to you, Delilah Miceli. Read below to hear how she saw the Lord moving during the team's weekend in Fort Worth.

This was my second trip to The Feet. The first trip was amazing but was a learning experience. I got to meet so many people and got to pray with so many, but this time was different. The Women’s Ministry helped prepare me for this trip. With the Breaking Free Bible Study, I really learned a new way to see myself and others. This trip, for me, was more intentional to who HE wanted me to share with. As the leaders say at The Feet, they can “get” things that they need, but they need the Gospel.

I was blessed to do a Bible Study that was focused on what HE has entrusted to us...to share the Gospel. That is what I prayed for this time. Not praying for numbers but praying for the one HE sends, and He so did.

To get to serve along with great and loving people blessed me. Leaders sharing the word, worship team entering us into the throne room...it was so amazing to sit in a church that is so basic and just see God’s love all around.

I encourage anyone that wants to see God working…GO. Join a mission trip. Anywhere. Here in Brenham there are so many that are in need of the TRUE GOSPEL.
