Tim Webb- Lead Pastor
Tim is a native Kentuckian who moved to Texas in the mid 1980’s. He served as a house parent and as an administrator in Child Care Ministry with “at-risk” teens and their families. He moved to Brenham, Texas in 1998 where he began serving as the Administrator at Miracle Farm for Boys. He has a BBS in Communications from Hardin-Simmons University, and a Master’s of Marriage and Family Counseling degree from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, Ft. Worth. He is the founding pastor of Champion Fellowship. His responsibilities include preaching, individual, marriage and family counseling, visitation and outreach. He also serves as an elder. Tim has a genuine and abiding love for the Lord and His people, and brings visionary leadership to this church that is characterized by fervent prayer and a desire to proclaim Jesus Christ to a lost world. Tina Roehling- Executive Assistant
Born and raised in Brenham, Texas, Tina joined the staff at Champion Fellowship in January 2013 as the Children's Director. She began a Mother’s Day Out program at First Baptist Church, later teaching preschool there for 7 years. She also taught at Brenham Christian Academy for 3 years prior to joining Champion Fellowship staff. Tina has been married to Stacey since 1994. They have 3 children: Addie, Kyler and Braden. As the Executive Assistant, Tina seeks to help the ministries coordinate their efforts in spreading the gospel through our church and our community. Contact Tina here.
Susanna Moye- Administrative Assistant
Originally from Houston, Susanna and her family moved to Brenham in 2007. Susanna graduated with a Bachelors of Business Administration from Sam Houston State University. In 1995 she married C.K. Moye. After a professional career in the banking industry she retired in 1999 to raise their young family of three girls, Jordan, Abby and Lindsey. Susanna has served on several school boards where her children attended school including Brenham’s First Baptist church school. The Moye family joined Champion Fellowship in 2010 and Susanna joined the Champion Fellowship staff in 2017 as the Office Administrative Assistant. Phil Porter – Worship Pastor
Phil Porter grew up in Kansas City, MO, and is married to Melissa Porter. They have three kids: Olivia, Ashton, and Caroline. Phil has been leading worship since he was a senior in high school. He has had the opportunity to travel in music and has released multiple albums. Now, his primary passion is to use his gifting in the local church. Phil is thankful to be a part of the team and serve as the Worship Pastor at Champion Fellowship.
Allen McClure- Associate Pastor
Allen McClure is originally from Dayton, Texas. Following graduation from Dayton High School, he entered the US Marine Corps in 1985 and retired in 2005. Allen and Pam, also from Dayton, were married in 1991. In 1994, Allen received Christ and 6 years later was called into the ministry. Upon retirement from the Marine Corps, Allen served as a Pastor of Education in North Carolina and also as a Senior Pastor in Texas. Now his family gladly calls Brenham and Champion Fellowship their home. Allen and Pam have 3 children; Sarah, David, and Hannah. Allen is pursuing a Doctor of Ministry degree in Biblical Preaching & Teaching at Knox Theological Seminary in Fort Lauderdale, FL. Contact Allen here.
Jonathon Rosenauer- Student Pastor
Jonathon grew up in Gonzales, Texas and graduated from The University of Mary Hardin-Baylor with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing before getting a Master’s of Theology from Howard Payne University. He has served in various roles in and out of ministry including leading worship, working with youth, retail and whatever else was needed to get by. Jonathon and his wife Taylor met at UMHB, and currently have 1 son named Wesley. Part of Jonathon’s passion is seeing students become disciple makers, but even more than that, seeing parents become the primary disciple makers within their own family.
Kimberly Steen - Children's Ministry Director
Kimberly was born and raised in Brenham, Texas. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from The University of Mary Hardin-Baylor. She has been raised in the ministries of Champion Fellowship and is thrilled to be on staff as the Children’s Discipleship Director. Kimberly has a passion for serving in children’s ministry. She has been serving in BTXLA, JAM, and Champion Kids for the past two years. She craves for every child to develop an intimate relationship with Jesus Christ. Kimberly has been poured into over the years as a member and is excited for her new role as she now pours into the families of Champion Fellowship.
James Bethany – Director of Communications
James Bethany grew up in Corpus Christi, Texas and graduated from the University of Houston with a BFA in Graphic Communications. He worked at a number of advertising agencies and design firms and started his own design firm three years ago. He has been creating effective marketing and communication solutions for more than 35 years. During that time, he’s worked with a variety of clients from small start-up companies to fortune 500 corporations. He has also been involved in brand development for large and small churches across the country. For the past 21 years, he has also taught Visual Communication classes at the college level. He and his wife Wendy have always been involved in their local church. Currently they are building a house in Burton. James and Wendy have two children, Baylie and Blake and two grandkids Bridge and Brynley. In his spare time, James enjoys creating art or building and refinishing furniture.
